good news and bad news:
fantastic workout today, did it twice!! ran four miles and it felt GREAT!!
as for the nutrition...was doing soo well until a little while ago
its ok tho, my weekend has come to an end and ill make it up in the morning by running at 6 plus some weights too 
i think that the main thing for me is to learn self control!! arghhhhh i hate living with people who can eat whatever their hearts desire and still look like sticks

and i cannot wait to do it again! i know it will be slow but i know it will happen because i want it soo bad
