Resa's Dairy - Day 1 of Phase 2

Current Weight: 185.5
Goal 1: 173 by July 25 (2.5 lbs/week)

I was going to write my entire series of goals but I have decided, right this minute to take this one step at a time.

My steps:
- Watch what I eat. Try to keep the carbs to a minimum and avoid as much junk as possible.

- Drink LOTS AND LOTS of water

- Do some sort of exercise as often as possible every single day, whether it's just sit-ups or a walk or a DVD

-Try to keep a positive attitude, even when the scale is NOT cooperating

I hope you are well today, thought I would post in your journal..
Welcome again.

Those are all very good goals, and all seem reachable. I think they are similar to everyones goals... take a look through out the diaries and you will see it is so ..

sometimes we have bad days where we eat the junk, but we always get back on the bandwagon ..
I hope you enjoy it here as much as I do ...

Resa I think you have made a great start! I think all the goals you have put down here are very reachable and not to overwhelming at once!:)

The best thing you have down here is the positive attitude!! That alone will get you far!

Write in your journal everyday and we will be here to support you through all the ups and downs!! :)
