reps!

for bulking...how many reps are you suppose to do in each set? i heard 4-6 then i heard its 8-12 or 6-15..and how many sets is good?
 
Dae, it's not quite that simple. You have to take into account the overall volume rather than just how many reps should you do. If you want to maximize size, try a 5X8 approach and hit each muscle group with 3 movements or there's the 5X5 with each muscle group at 4 movements.
