Repitition and Set Question

Ok thanks but i did the workout today and I saw that my bench press was hard i did Low to High so i couldnt do as much. But i was wondering can i do like 3 sets of 10 at 85, and then do 3 sets of 3-5 at 95. I have been doing this for about 5 weeks already. I just think 10 reps at each given wiehgt is too little.

The other problem i have are with the dead lifts and hack squats i did:
10 reps at 95
10 reps at 115
10 reps at 135
The prob is that it hurts my hand and i get tired at the end, but i dont think I will ever be able to lift more then that cause it kills me. Any suggestions to what i should do?

Can you give me a bench work out please?
Are there any other things i should add in this routine?

Then just work with one weight. Doing 3-4 sets of 8-10 reps. I would try the higher weight to lower weight and see what happens. You're getting discouraged and you've just started. Lets use the other post.
