Today for breakfast I am going to have tee and an orange, on lunch some tuna with salad and don't know yet about the dinner :)
 
Today I had tunna and a yougurt. At the moment I am waiting some chicken to get ready. In there is also some potates, carrots, garlic and onion.

I have basically found the diet for me I think. 'till now I tried to basically eat less as possible with the result of being most of the time starving and when I started eating a meal... I could not stop.
I changed this. Now I eat something small every time I am hungry, at the moment I am having a more or less 5 mini meals. I also used not to have a breakfast at all, very UNHEALTY. I could not wait for the lunch and I could not think about anything else than food for the most of the morning. :p
Now I always have something for breakfast (which doesn't always happen imediately when I wake up, but when I am hungry). I will have something small when I am hungry, a fruit or a carrot or a yougurt, just one. And I will have smaller lunch and dinner, which I will eat only when I am hungry and when I feel full I don't eat more.
I have noticed I get full pretty soon, so I was eating very much more than what needed to full my stomach.
Basically I just listen what my body wants. Actually it tells me to eat healty. The other night my boyfriend had pasta with carne and cheese. I am italian and I love pasta, when he eats it I never refuse. Yesterday was I think one of the really few time I said "no thanks" to pasta, because I wanted tunna and salmon in stead. I didn't force myself and I didn't looked my boyfriend like this *__* because I wanted pasta too.
That is really good! :) I start to be proud of myself!

Good for you... it's a good feeling when you start to get into a routine that works for you. :) I've just hit the point where I stop feeling hungry all the time too.

That is sooo true!! I am really happy how I am proceeding at the moment! I even eat something which is not really healthy sometimes but I still see progresses. I ate nakos and potatoes this week which I usually totally avoided when I had diet before... now I understand it was totally wrong. The problem is not what I eat, it's the amount of it.
Yesterday I had like the half of potatoes I usually ate, I enjoyed them *__* and today I lost some weight anyway. That is brilliant.

Also an other thing, I am drinking very very much water, I always have a glass full next to me when I am home. Whatever I am doing, studying, using pc, watching tv, I drink a bit. That I am sure helps A LOT. And also the sport I am doing. This is just the second week of Fit-Boxing, but I totally feel different.

I really will do this time! <3

Yeahhh, I am definitely proud of myself!!! At the moment I am a bit tired because yesterday we had a very tough training at the fit-boxing course, but I am happy and content! It has been kinda long time I wasn't this weight.
Also, I am on the exactly half way to the goal of this mouth. I planned to loose 2.5 kilos, and I am about there. I need one other Kg to go in 2 weeks (luckily a bit more XD hihi)
Anyway, since I am not doing exercises everyday and I don't know anymore if I want to join also the gym (because it is way too expensive and I am not sure I can handle tough training everyday once I will start full time school) I was thinking of doing something home. I was thinking of jogging or "fast walking" since it's really too cold for jogging. I will start it today. :) let's see.
 
Oh, and I don't know if I have mentioned before about my cosine weeding. It's in July and... I want to look good! Damn yes! I really want to wear a dress, especially because I never did. When I had other special parties where I needed to dress very elegant I always ended up with a trouser and a jacket... which is elegant, and really looked good, but I wanna now something different. I wanna a dress. I wanna look a bit more feminine.

Yesterday I had few hours to waste in town so I gave a look for the dress. I fell in love for this one... it's black, very simple, that is why I totally love it! It reaches the top of the knee and it has a really thin purple ribbon just down the breast. (Sorry if my description sucks XD remember I am not an English Speaker). It's just the perfect dress. And of course it's kinda expensive. But I can afford it if I want (I guess my mother will give me the money for the dress :p hihi), the think I really want is to look gorgeous in it. So, no round belly under it, it would ruin all the dress effect, I am sure.
This is a reason more to be motivated in all this... diet and exercise thing.

Sounds like the wedding will be good motivation for your weight loss :) I need to follow your example with all the water drinking, as I'm sure it helps you to feel more full as well as being good for your system. x

My first language is Italian :)

Yes, drinking all this water helps a lot... basically everything, not only to feel full, it+s also good for skin, hair, etc. :D

This is frustraiting. In 10 days I should reach the first goal, which was 62 and something. I am afraid I am not going to make it. DAMN! No no, I have too. Even if I reach 62.9 it will be great. I will do it!

Today I ate tunna and egg and cheese. I will have a walk later and for dinner I am planning just a salad with carrots maybe. NOTHING MORE! I NEED to be 62.9 the first of Feb!
 
I don't know how I managed to do that, but in 5 days I almost lost one kilo, yeahhh! The thing is surely is because I am really eating healthy and very less that what I used to do, drinking a lot of water and doing a lot of exercise.
I just discovered I have free entrance to the swimming pool after my fitness boxing course... I went there for the first time on Saturday and it was brilliant. It really feel relaxing to swim after training for one hour without breaks. And for some reasons now my muscles hurts less. That's it really good. I am planning to do fitness boxing and swimming twice a week.

My boyfriend says it's impossible to lose about 22 lbs(10 kgs) for July if I don't basically break myself and train like everyday for more than 3 hours per day. Uhmm, I think in my opinion it's a bit superfluous. 10 Kgr for July means I should lose 2 Kg (4.4 lbs) per month, which means 1 Kg (2.2lbs) in 2 weeks. It's not that unrealistic in my opinion. What you think?

Anyway, today I am really happy, in 5 days I managed to lose almost 1 Kg, yeahhhhh!!!!

I hate a bit myself sometimes!
Nothing much to say, but that I am tired of being "round". Everytime I see someone who is skinny (even boys) I wish I could be too. Why I can do anything else than this?
Here I have planned again to loose weight. 10 Kilos for 18 July.

Starting weight - 15 March = 64.5
Half way - 9 May = 60.0
Goal - 18 July = 55.5

It is not possible. I need to do it, absolutely!
