Maybe you are right, in term of Kilos maybe I don't have to lose too much weight, but I have always felt uncomfortable since all the extra kilos I have are located around the belly, which is just ugly
For that the only solution will be the gym or some sport, I am starting in January, as soon as I come back from Christmas holiday. At the moment I just try to eat healthy. About two years ago I had fit boxing classes (I am not sure if this sport has the same name in English. Basically is the same kick boxing, but you don't hit or fight with anyone, your only enemy is the sand bag -and your extra-kilos

-). I remember in less than 3 months my body shape just changed so much and I was really starting to look as I wanted. But then the lack of time, university and a boyfriend far away forced me to abandon the gym.
But now I am seriously determined to get in track and get my body exactly how I want.

Not that bad. I was thinking worse, since at the end yesterday I had, in stead of fish and vegetables, two karjalanpiirakka (a Finnish "bread" made with rise). I think it's not the best thing to eat when you are in diet, but since I had only that for dinner, it's ok.
Also, my sister has told me about the Atkins diet. Has anyone of you tried it?! My sister is totally happy with it, she has tried it for the past 2 months and she says it works. She was always stressed with previous diets, but now she is absolutely happy because she eats when what and how much she wants, she just needs to avoid some kind of food.
Uhm, I don't think this would really work for me. (For me works only the gym and much sweating XD). I mean, I like vegetables and eating healthy, I am not a great fun of meat (which she is eating a lot at the moment) so... basically the only think I could enjoy would be the cheese, which in Finland is not even that good for me... so

Anyway, about the Atkins diet I like only the idea of not eating carbohydrates. Since she told me about that I started to watch how much bread and pasta I eat and started to slowly quit them. I feel better, but I still would wanna eat even less, because I really feel different if I don't have pasta or bread for few days, I feel lighter and maybe it sounds stupid, but also my brain seems to "work" better... less tired after the meals.
So, this is an other thing to keep in mind. Eat as less carbohydrates as you can.
