I have basically found the diet for me I think. 'till now I tried to basically eat less as possible with the result of being most of the time starving and when I started eating a meal... I could not stop.
I changed this. Now I eat something small every time I am hungry, at the moment I am having a more or less 5 mini meals. I also used not to have a breakfast at all, very UNHEALTY. I could not wait for the lunch and I could not think about anything else than food for the most of the morning.

Now I always have something for breakfast (which doesn't always happen imediately when I wake up, but when I am hungry). I will have something small when I am hungry, a fruit or a carrot or a yougurt, just one. And I will have smaller lunch and dinner, which I will eat only when I am hungry and when I feel full I don't eat more.
I have noticed I get full pretty soon, so I was eating very much more than what needed to full my stomach.
Basically I just listen what my body wants. Actually it tells me to eat healty. The other night my boyfriend had pasta with carne and cheese. I am italian and I love pasta, when he eats it I never refuse. Yesterday was I think one of the really few time I said "no thanks" to pasta, because I wanted tunna and salmon in stead. I didn't force myself and I didn't looked my boyfriend like this *__* because I wanted pasta too.
