update:
sucky week. need to pick the pieces up and put them back together. get back on track... etc.
grocery shopping today went well... no really major junk. I found some low-calorie things to feed my chocolate addiction so that's good. i really need to work on not snacking at work. i know from experience that taking healthy things to snack on doesn't work. So I need to just not eat anything at all. I can't actually eat while I'm working because I talk on the phone for a living so that's good, but breaks + me at the vending machine = DISASTER... so I think what I need to start doing is just forget the the breakroom even exists. I could easily take a short walk on my breaks. And honestly it would be good for me anyway. It'll be a lot easier once they actually change my shift because I'll only have one break.
So this week's goal is to take walks during breaks instead of chow on crap... I'm generally not even hungry on breaks anyway. And I'd eliminate about 500 calories that way. So yeah... Pretty significant.
Why is so hard to stay motivated to do this?
