Yeah i guess it's one of those situations where you find out who your REAL friends are. That guy isn't one of yours that for sure.

Theres a simple way to deal with your friend.
Go round his house, with a poloriod camera. Clean your ass with his toothbrush and take a photo of doing so.
Send him the poloriod about 10 days later.

Had the same thing, My wife had a good friend in college that wantred to seperate us...and we went to college in different states, so the wedge was easy...But I prevailed in the end! Patience and understanding are all tools of a good relationship.
All I imagine if she broke up with you, she felt that you did not trust her and that your friends are slime, well one is anyway. Or she also likes the other guy.
not a huge deal, your 18, you ahve at least 70 years to go my man....no need to rush into it, when the right one comes along, it will happen, you will not even know it...it will just happen.
