Rekha : Trying to stay the course :)

Goal : 50 Pounds by Feb/2011
Current Weight : 140
Starting Weight :175

Been having a lot of troubles trying to lose weight since a month.Trying to stay course is really getting tough.I used to lose 2 pounds a week but now none.Hopefully I will back to that soon.

Friday/10/2010
My goals today are 10,000 steps,40 mins exercise,1000 calories and stay away from sugars.

Exercise: P90x cardio x
Steps: 1400 (woohoo)
Calories: 1200
Water: 12 glasses

Saturday/11 and Sunday/12
Ok weekends are my off days..so no excercise,but did lots of because of shopping and ate less.So finally not a bad week.and hopefully next week i will atleast lose 2 pounds.Fingers crossed :D

Week of 13 to 17
Monday/13
was a good day no sweets,no junk.Tried Jumba was fun fun fun.took a wooping 1500 steps woooot.

Exercise: Jumba express
Steps: 15000
Water:12 glasses
Calories: 1100

Tuesday/14
It was a very stressful day...I tried to stay away from food and did good job at that,but i couldn't do any workouts.

Exercise: None :(
Steps: 10000
Water:12 glasses
Calories: 1000

Ok lost 2 pounds last week...so happy.I had a lunch party to go Saturday,ate very less and had a very light dinner.Sunday was at home and tried to avoid any eating out and found success....Hehehe
