Been having a lot of troubles trying to lose weight since a month.Trying to stay course is really getting tough.I used to lose 2 pounds a week but now none.Hopefully I will back to that soon.

My goals today are 10,000 steps,40 mins exercise,1000 calories and stay away from sugars.
Exercise: P90x cardio x
Steps: 1400 (woohoo)
Calories: 1200
Water: 12 glasses
Saturday/11 and Sunday/12
Ok weekends are my off days..so no excercise,but did lots of because of shopping and ate less.So finally not a bad week.and hopefully next week i will atleast lose 2 pounds.Fingers crossed
