its low carb but i do it low fat as well.


typical day i eat 1250 cals of all protein with about 3 cups of raw veggies low in carbs, brocc, mushrooms, assparagaus .. i mainly only like these but you cando some more.. no tomatoes tho or onions too much sugars in them...


eat 6 meals of around 5.5 ounces of meat, turkey meat, chicken, or lean pork or beef.. lean pork n beef per ounce are more cals then turk n chicken so just watch that
 
well i guess I can update. sitting at around 237-240 but working on getting past that and into the LOW 200's


and im getting married in under 3 months! eek
 
long time no update.. figured I'd check in... been married now for almost 2 years, and had a baby!! got a baby boy. so losing the pregnancy weight that i gained with momma... back onto towards 200lbs!
 
down 30 lbs in past month and half. almost back at my lowest weight ever as an adult

gotta keep chugging along

I cant believe my first post 7 years ago... and where my life is now. 100% different

Congrats on your super progress, I was just coming back from what looks like a 8 year hiatus. It's good to see you have come back as well. It's definitely working for you!
 
thanks caddius! its crazy to look back at all this and see the life I have now. My physical abilities and health. my family. just wow.

I run 5 miles daily with my lil guy and eat clean

lifes GOOD! getting close to seeing 199 on the scale, i say less then 3 months! that will put me at half of what I used to be weighting what i have lost
 
another 5lbs down, not bad for going on vacation! i do love using the my fitness pal app. this thing has made me much more calorie conscious
 
Awesome job Jeremy! I hope the last 15 goes fast for you. I skimmed through the 7 years of your log. You've done amazingly well.
