Amazing work :) I can't believe you lose so much weight so quickly, that is great!

back at my lowest and bypassing it!

much stronger then before now!

couple more months of this keto diet and i will be 205!

Jeremy, intersting to hear more about your amazing results! By the way I grew
up in Broward, in the Inverarry Community (between Commercial Blvd. and
Okland Blvd) not that far from the Turnpike. And went to Piper High School from
1983 to 1987.

Currently living in Latvia, a small European country for the last 16 years.

I am almost 40, so a little older than you, but when I was 24, also had some
serious problems with excess weight, and luckily for me found a trainer that
helped me out with designing a high quality fat loss program.

Anyway, are the youth and all the other folks that love to Party still hanging
out at the Strip on the weekends? Driving down the beach every Friday and
Saturday was a must for us when I was in High School.

Anyway, talk to you later, great to meet someone from the same area that
holds so many amazing memories for me.

Later,

Alex Platups

Nice hearing from you and glad to hear you didn't let things slide!

Well if your picture isn't myspaced angled you seem to be a healthy 252, and I guess thats the most important thing, most body builders are morbidly obese as far as the BMI scale is concerned and maybe you are just in the same boat, but if 205 is what you desire by all means go for it.

heres me in the 240's

getting there slowly and working on building muscle to get to 205..

a little update, down to 235 after about a year gaining to 298. this time seems to be the one that i'll hit 205 and stick there!!

a lot of people can talk about trying to lose weight, few actually do it and make it really happen..

229.... 24lbs away from my goal.

don't make excuses people, make results happen!

Awesome job.

You're like 5 pounds above me now (down to 225 from 370) but taller so probably look way better. What are you doing to keep it moving down?

that was at 235... i drop about 5-6lbs a week doing a ketosis diet with exercise and my very active job. I run about 2 miles every day and walk another 2

at work last shift I accidentally grabbed my buddies shirt and put it on to go on a call and i was like hrmmm this is different, i grabbed his medium, and sure as shit it fit. not tight and dbaggy looking but actually fit.

i was in awe
