Haven't updated in a while but during my 6 days of work i had
First 4 days
Fruit & Fibre (2 Weetabix for one day) + Skimmed
Fruit pack thingy (portions of 3 mixed fruits in total)
Medium Jacket Potatoe with cheese & Beans. (Fairly tiny tin of beans & a couple of sprinkles of cheese)
Second to last day:
As above except i also had a sausage sandwich when i got home, which isn't the mnost healthy thing granted... but i was hungry as hell... I'll call it a blip on an otherwise well maintained ummm... Diet
Last day i had a Chicken Shish Kebab with weetabix in the morning & another fruit pack thing.
My co-worker on the opposite night shift keeps going sick & for the love of god i have to cover the days he's sick... It's not a bad thing that i have to cover, but we do set 12 hour shifts so you cover for 3 days & you have to do 12 hours shifts, 11 out of 12 days... Which really does tire you out >_<
