Today's April 13 2010.
My Starting weight is 160 lbs, 33.8% body fat
Target weight is 130lbs, 28% body fat
Target weight loss is at least 2lbs/week.
My daily calorie consumption is about 1500 cals.


Day 1
Today I Had:

Breakfast: some pastries and a cup of London Fog
Lunch: 300 cal microwave Thai Chicken
Dinner: 300 cal Campbell's soup Italian Wedding + Mushrooms

I guess today in total I consumed 1000 cals, because in between I had some chocolates and deserts.

Didn't exersice at all because I had a little procedure done on my left forearm and can't do anything today.

Not a bad start I guess. :)

If you're reading, please leave something or anything so that I know someone's reading, and that really gets me motivated! Thank you very much!

Welcome to the forum! How tall are you? Have you ever weighed 130 in the past? What's your motivation for losing? See you around and keep it up!!
 
Hi and welcome! :) I read almost everyone on here's diaries...usually when I should be studying or doing work. Don't post on them much, but I do read them. Good luck on your goal, I'm going for about the same weight by next year, although I'm starting a little higher in weight.
 
WEEK 1
So it's been a week since I started the thread, now I weigh 157lbs.

I lost3 lbs

Not bad!

Things I've been doing and will keep up:
I've been watching my diet and also doing moderate exercises.

Things I would improve:
Less high calorie snacks, eat an apple instead if i'm hungry, sleep earlier and get up earlier.

Last, I wish everyone on this forum lost weight last week!
Keep fighting guys!
 
You are off to a good start! Good luck. This place is great for motivation and there are so many nice people here. Hope you will find the forums helpful.
 
Week 2

Weight: 156.6 lbs

-0.4 lbs

It's not a very good week, honestly I don't quite know what happened. However one possible reason could be:
I took my dad to WingStreet after seeing the commercial.... :) They look too good! (but I think I might've eaten 2000 cals on that one meal) Then I cooked some chicken wings on Friday myself and they taste so good.... sort of honey glazed. The calorie count on the other hand aren't so sweet, considering the oil and sugar in it, and also the chicken skin on the wings.

Thank god I didn't gain. But I gotta quit my chicken wings this week and work hard!
