so far i go to the gym everyother day (since january) and im seeing results. however i want the fat tahts surrounding my abs to go. i no u gota do cardio and eat right and that. i spoke to my nutritionist who made up a plan that im following. i was wondering if i should b doing my cardio more often though? i do cardio every other day as well as weights. should i also do my cardio on the days that im not doing anything? or is every ohter day fine? thanks
