Soooo today:
1550 cals
35 mins on the treadmill (15 running, 15 in increasingly higher inclines)
Felt good!

Today was good, but I'm avoiding homework like craaaaazy.. I really need to get on that :(

Today: 30 mins on the treadmill (20 running), and about 1500 cals.. actually, right around the same for yesterday (I don't think I posted yesterday, I really went to bed at like 9 pm).. Anyway, I've been busy.. I have toooonnnnnnssss due next week, and I work all this weeked :( I'll get it done, I just may be pretty irritable getting it done lol..

Homework has officially taken over my life.. I think after tomorrow I'll be okay again.. I'm hoping to work out tonight after work and before bed, but we'll see how much work I get done before work, hahaha.

Ah haven't posted in a few days, sorry 'bout that!
I've been soooooo busy with school it's stupid :(
But, I've been eating 1100-1500 cals the past few days, which is good and I'm glad that I've been able to maintain at least a good eating perspective even though I've been so busy.. I haven't had time to work out, but I'm hoping to today and the next few days, I think I'll feel a lot better about things in general!

Thank you though, love! I'm actually down to 149, but alas I have forgotten my password to change my ticker, so I'll have to make time to create a new one, hahaha. Anyway, last week I only got to work out like, twice! I was a complete angel about eating, I did really well with that so I was proud.. This week my goal is to get a workout in at least 3 days, if not my usual 4.. I have a little less stress regarding school, so I'm hoping it'll work out. I hope everyone has been well, I haven't had much time to just look around here!

Hi everyone :)
School and work have kept me sooo busy as of late, but things have been going pretty well as far as my healthy stuff! I'm down to 143 as of last Weds., and I've been managing to do at least 3 days of cardio per week. I've also started doing yoga a couple of times a week too, which I love and I'm sorry that I had gotten away from it before. Other than that.. yeah, just busy. Just wanted to update everyone, and I hope things have been good around here.. hopefully I'll be back sooner than it took me to this past time ;)
