Yeah, I mean obviously she's the most important thing in the world to me, I just have to find that balance with everything else, you know? For instance, today I still have a bit of work to do before bed, but I was so busy earlier trying to get other things done and getting ready for work, working.. I really didn't make time to work out. And I really, really wanted to. I don't have to work tomorrow, and Thursday I'll have time for sure, so between now and Sunday I can still get my 4 days for the week in.. I really just want to be able to balance things a little better. I guess sometimes things just don't go the way you might want them too, I just need to keep working at it.
On a side note, I ate about 1800 cals today. Which is admittedly a little higher than I've been aiming, but I feel like I've been eating so low lately it'll balance out. I was on track for about 1400, but my fam got an ice cream cake so I had a little bit of that. The slice wasn't big at all, but I'm sure it's loaded with cals, you know?
Okay, so plan for tomorrow:
Wake up, have some time with the little one, school from 10 to 4, come home, work out, more time with the little one, bed. I don't really have anything due Thursday, so maybe I'll just try to get a few things done for Friday so I don't stress so much Thurs. night, haha. See, planning ahead, that's good right??
