Hi there! So I'm Marnie and I'm an 18 year old college student with a little extra to lose. I do pretty well on weight loss diets...except for when I try to convince myself that I'm responsible with portion control so I don't need to count calories! (That is such a lie and I realize it now.) So I'd like to lose about 10 pounds before September and to do that I plan on pairing a 1200 Calorie diet with yoga and running. For me the first few days of a diet are the easiest. Then I figure I'm doing so well that I can "have a break"...that is NOT going to happen this time. I feel way better about myself when I take care of myself right. It has less to do with the weight and more to do with how I carry myself in the body that I have. So, wish me luck!
