Thank all of you so much for visiting! I am staying on cals but gonna try to mix it up between 1200 and 1500 cause I am stuck at 219.0. I am not letting it discourage me though I know it will come off because inches are I know!:auto:
 
Well finally I am over my plateou 218 this morn! I have a friend giving me her 300 dollar tread mill she didnt use hardly. So I am excited it will help me step it up also! 140 here I come!
