Recovery

Right now I mix a protien, shake to which I add Glutamine to.
Are there any other recovery secrets out there? Does anyone else have any experience with Glutamine? Im basically looking for a quicker recovery time.
 
you need carbs in there, are you adding some?
 
Oh yes, my diet contains plenty of carbs. I stretch at least once an hour during the day. Just fishing around to see if anyone has any tricks.
