recovery workout/training

hello everyone who would take the time to listen and help me see what i can do to improve myself as i recover.

i had originally made a post following my progress from the navy seals workout each week taking new pics. then i was shipped over to iraq, now i am back because both my wrists are now broken. they are giving me a 3 month recovery. in this time i would like to improve as much as i can in cardio, flexability, leg strength, ab definition, and learn a leg oriented combat style. i have all the time in the world everyday since i will be on recovery status. i am also building my meal chart for nutrition, but need help and ideas for making it better and to build my workout and combat training routine.

please help if you have any ideas or comments. if anyone would like i can start to take pics every week to show progress, so everyone can see the reward for the work :) thank you for reading and i am looking forward to hearing from everyone.
 
Sorry to hear about your broken wrists ... that will definitely affect your training. Have you ever thought of kickboxing? It sounds like it would accomplish all your goals.
