I sprained my ankle a few weeks ago when I came off my bike doing jumps. I've stretched the ligaments almost fully back to their ordinary state now, but my ankle is a lot weaker than it was before the sprain. (Ie. I find it difficult to hop on one foot).
Can you guys recommend any good exercises (weighted or unweighted) to help build the strength and stability back again?
