Recommended meals or foods

today I had a supplement shake made with yogurt instead of milk (60calorie yogurt) and some water so it's not so thick. And 1/2 cup fresh banana and 1/2 cup frozen strawberries

Banana for snack.

lunch - a piece of chedder cheese, 5 slices of deli turkey and 4 egg whites scrambled

apple for snack

are those good choices so far?

What are some foods that are fast to make or already ready that I can buy at costco or regular grocery? I work fulltime, 3 kids and go to school! Less work the better.

How about those already cooked breats meats in the frozen food section of costco? Are lunch meats good? Like deli turkey I had today?
 
I love those turkey deli meats! They're delicious :) If they have the reduced sodium ones, you should try them instead of the regular ones. They taste just as good & they're healthier for you. Yumms!

Also, if you like cottage cheese you should try some with your fruits. Its delicious & a good source of protein as well. I usually eat it with pineapples or apples.

I'd suggest that once you go canned or ready to eat, you've already taken a step away from the most efficient fuel you could use. Choosing whole, natural foods (that you can point at and identify just by looking at it) is a better alternative. While deli turkey meat is a decent option, cooking a turkey (or turkey parts) yourself and slicing it up for sandwiches etc is an even better one.
