I'm a male 175 lbs. 5'10'' and 26. I'm looking for a protein shake, right now I'm working on cardio but every other day I work out my upper body, curls, benchpress, and triceps.
I'm starting out small, I'm not going to injure myself. I started a workout plan a few years ago and then stopped after a few weeks. I want to start again and not stop this time. I'm starting out easy, I just benched pressed and worked on triceps for about 10 min. until my heart rate got up and couldn't lift anymore. Nothing extreme probably around 40 lbs. Today I started walking during my lunch break for an hour (almost 2 miles). I guess I'll wait on supplements then until I see any progress.
