Recently lost 100+ lbs need helpp!!

im 16 i weighed about 270-280 just last march, i lost 100 lbs in about 4 months because of a lot of stress at that time. now im 174 lbs and i have some extra skin (i think) ive been doing lots of dancing and situps trying to tone up, i know i need to do more i just cant right now. i put some pics i REALLY need to know if my saggy stomache and chest is extra skin or fat? and if i should save up for surgery or keep working out and it should go away. Im only 16 and i dont think my body should look so bad this young. if anyones experienced this please help!
 
Wow man congratulations! I have also recently lost around 100lb and my body look's pretty much exactly the same as yours. I don't really have any advice though because I am also in the same boat as you.
 
Great job of losing the weight. You lost it fast and your skin hasn't had a chance to tighten up. Being so young you have a good chance that it will tighten up but it can take 1-2 years. Eat healthy, continue to exercise and you should be all right.
 
I think theres vitamins and stuff you can take that will the skin also lift weights to put some lean mass
 
First off, well done losing 100lbs!
I think you should give your skin at least a year to recover, you lost your weight extremely fast and your skin just couldn't keep up.
You are still young, so I think that is at your advantage and it might go back to normal.
All I can say is hydrate yourself, drink lots of water and use moisturiser (any kind, gel, cream, doesn't have to be expensive, Palmer's cocoa butter is a great example) and give it time.
 
I posted a remedy to this in the club section. It is called remedy for loose skin. You being young will enhance your ability to tighten the skin.
 
Looks like mostly skin to me. How thick is it if you pinch it? If it's thicker than an inch then there still is some subcutaneous fat lining the loose skin. However, you can tell just by looking at it that there is a lot of loose skin as well.
