Went out for coffee this morning with a certain red- head. Well, I had coffee she had tea. I'm going to get her to drink coffee if it kills me.
 
I love coffee, but I also love tea. That can be a harmless difference you are able to laugh about. Sometimes differences can be good. How do you like drinking your coffee Rebel?

I drink my coffee and tea black and extra strong. I guess it comes from drinking grandma's boiled coffee all those years. That stuff was really strong and bitter and I guess I acquired a taste for it.
I do have a sweet coffee from time to time from starbucks. Thats more of a dessert though. Mostly flavored milk with a small amount of coffee.
As far as tea... I like it hot or iced. Iced tea is real popular but if I have one, its normally in the summer when I want a cool drink. Most restaurants will bring you hot tea but it's not on the menu. Iced tea is the norm. As far as tea most buy something like lipton but I find it kind of weak and flat. I normally stick with Earl Grey or maybe an English breakfast tea.

That´s funny: I only know Lipton from their iced tea :) I can sort of drink that when I´m very thirsty and nothing else is available but anything stronger I can´t get down. Used to drink a lot of black tea as a kid but then I wasn´t allowed any for almost a year in my late teens and after that I couldn´t stand the taste (and mouth-feel!) anymore. My gran used to make really strong tea with milk. Grossness defined. No level of dehydration could get me to take more than a politeness sip from that demonic brew.
 
Today was ok. I didnt do much but it was still ok.

Food.....

Breakfast- Starbucks soy flat white. (220 Calories)

Lunch- Chicken tandoori with spinach, 2 ounces cheddar cheese curds. (620 Calories)

Dinner- liverwurst and mustard on low carb wrap, oikos triple zero berry. (526 calories)

Food...

Breakfast- weetabix with banana and 2% milk. (378 Calories)

Lunch- 16 ounces baked chicken breast, pea salad. (1097 Calories)

Dinner- (0 calories)

Pea salad sounds good. What do you put in it?
Can of peas(the small less mushy type works best)
Onion, roasted red bell pepper, diced tomato(somtimes), chunks of cheese(i like the harder cheddar cheese curds but any will work) just enough mayo to bring it all together(1/2 tablespoon- maybe a lil more)
Season it how you like... I just use salt and and extra dose of black pepper.

So peas mayo cheese plus anything else you want in there.
 
:) The only vegan cheese I'm willing to eat is tofu :p
