Yes, yes you do. Just move Rebel- whenever you can. Walk a little bit further each time. It will make such a difference & will make you feel better xoI'm going to have to force myself to start walking. I know most of the problem is the absolutely no exercise thing.

Hm... I´m going to hypothesize that less bagels and more leafy green veggies would do your metabolism more good than dropping your calores even further. Especially in the long run. You´re getting a good thing going with a wonderful woman so it´s not enough to look at how fast you can get to a lower weight - you need to think about sustainability. Sorry to nag, but it sometimes feels like you´re looking for excuses to drop your calories and not work out more.
The veggies yesterday were lite. That was mostly due to the bagel. I try to keep my carbs less than 50 and 100 at the absolute top end. The bagel and salsa on the eggs and marinara I was already at 66. That's the main reason I really didn't have fruit or veggies yesterday. I rarely eat anything made with white flour but I really wanted the bagel even though I knew the carbs were going to be redonculous.Hm...
