Tea with milk is perfectly normal! Pea salad looks yummy.. thanks for ze recipe x

I really love it. I especially love mayo and cheddar cheese. And they bring extra weight over time.
I personally would love to keep all the ingredients but cheese and mayo.
Instead, I would try some olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
I personally love hot peppers. And voila! Mediterranean style salad.
We should ask ourselves why Mediterranean people are so thin. Well, this is one of the reasons.

Cheers

I'll try tea with milk sometime just to see.
Yea i love pea salad. It's a very southern or country folk side dish. Everyone seems to make it a little different so there really is no set recipe to it. Its mainly what you think will taste good.

I dont worry about mayo and cheese much. Almost all cheese is low carb and the calories arent bad unless you over do it. Mayo is basically just oil and eggs. Oil i have no problem with; again in moderation. Eggs i tend to be more intetested in the protein rather than the calories.
The pea salad is really an open book. You could make it any way to like. The balsamic im not sure about. Only because I've only had it over fresh strawberries. It's one of those things i would just have to experiment with.

Found myself hungry again about 3am. After a pound of chicken breast for lunch that was surprising. Added an individual honey nut Cheerios with 2% milk and some cottage cheese with diced peaches brought my calories up to about 1800 so calories today were good. Carbs tilt..... Oops.....

I see you enjoy your food. That's good. And you know what's what, also very good.
I really encourage you try the salad the way I described. The pure Mediterranean salad. It's no joke. :)

Yay for feeling hungry after not eating very many calories!

Tofu doesn't have a very strong or interesting flavor of it's own but it'll soak up anything so it can work for all kinds of dishes. The only important thing is texture, really. You either want something like scrambled eggs or nice and crispy. Anything in between is a little unpleasant if you ask me.

I meant that I had never tried vegan cheese. Tofu i found that I like. I normally get the extra firm and weight it to get out as much water as I can. Then I slice it and put it in a marinade that seems to make sense at the time. Ummm.... Medium hot tomato salsa thinned with a lil beef or chicken stock. BBQ sauce thinned the same way turned out really good. I'll bake it and it's very good. Out side gets firm and very meat like and the inside is kind of an egg like texture. Sooo good

If you´ve ever had cheap frozen pizza you probably had vegan cheese. Or at least there was a scandal here a couple of years ago where people suddenly found out that the 50 cent pizza they were buying wasn´t made with all certified-organic unicorn poo.

You guys had me looking at the deli fridge in a restaurant yesterday that all sorts of fancy looking vegan cheeses. I nearly bought one just to try it. Nearly.
..........wasn´t made with all certified-organic unicorn poo.
Love it LaMa, love it :D

Here the big thing was soy meat. Now at like fast food burger places they have a sign 100% beef.

We haven´t had that one here, yet. Although it does usually say what´s in the burgers. I don´t even like 100% beef burgers. Especially the thin, fast food versions are usually dry and tasteless. Why would I want a burger that tastes only of the sauces?

If I go out for a burger I tend to go out to less of the burger for $1.00 places and go to the more specialty burger places. 1/2 and 1 pound burgers. <-------- you'll have to do the metric conversions. It's late and my brain hurts ;)

:D A pound burger would kill me... But over here the places which serve that kind of burger will usually have only one (high-end) beef burger on the menu while the other kinds are either other kinds of meat or have stuff mixed into the patty to make things more interesting.
