Thanks ill check it outIf you need to boost your calories you could start adding chia seeds to everything. They're tiny and flavourless but pack a nutritional punch. I used to disgust people by carrying a bag around with me and pouring it on things in restaurants!

Yea not too bad. I have satellite so about 350 channels. Then there is hulu and netflix so i can normally find something.I had a year or so of insomnia ten years ago and I didn't have internet access at my place so all I could was watch (or listen to, really) the 24h cooking channel from 00:30-5:30 every night. I hope your options are better!

Sounds like a planSince my cals were really low yesterday thinking it would be a good Chinese day.

Have fun at the buffet! I love Chinese food but my OH isn't a fan so we don't have it very often.
