Its an interesting journey.I spent the past few days with my daughter, she is in her second year of college and deals with depression & anxiety. I go up there about every three weeks or so to just hit the reset button...clean, laundry, go with her to guidance or therapy appointments, whatever is needed to get back to an even keel.
Living life with mental/emotional struggles is not easy - there's no easy answers and sometimes it truly is one day at a time.
Were you able to get some walking in?
