Rebel's Diary

Today was a bust...
Breakfast was carby but ok ish. Nanna, yogurt, small oj, small milk...carb cravings for sure..

Lunch still not bad.. Made the korean dish again since i had more beet greens.

About 8pm a certain red head shows up and anounces were going out for saint patties day. She said if i forgot we could just stay here and have beens and toast or something....bleckkkkk.

So i might have said i havent eaten all day and i just didnt expect her so early.

Yup lied big time..and ended up an an irish pub downtown.. Pints of green beer sheppards pie some dishes i had no idea but were good...

Anyway next 3 days thinking celery leaves and water.....

Damn.....just about covers it....

Sounds like an occupational risk for folks dating US-Irish people :p Not sure she´d forgive you for miss-spelling the mythical holy man´s nickname though. Patty =/= Paddy

Whiskey yes...beer yes...together never again.... Someone stop the room from spinning, i wanna get off uggg.....
I'll have to feel better toe die....

Its not a huge deal going light for 2, 3, ....7 days...

Me and my stomach still not getting along and carb cravings have been crazy..
The shakes give me about 100g protein 12 net carbs and a bunch of vitamins i cant spell let alone pronounce.

Yesterday was project day so just had two bowls of leftovers. Shrimp boil stuff was good but didnt keep it long... Might have a stomach bug...not sure yet. Shrimp, new potatoes, sausage...

It's amazing how little people know about fruit juice. If you want to think in terms of calories and sugar, it's basically the same as a coke. Only benefit is some vitamin C and other nutrients, but you'd be better off just eating the piece of fruit itself.

They have Guinness fruit lol...
Yup i know what you mean.

The local store does fresh squeezed. They have a machine and you can set the pulp level...taste way different than the mass produced jug stuff.

My ex went for a blood test and had the doc call him in all worried about his blood sugar - turned out he´d had half a liter of orange juice before the test because, hey, juice is like water, right? That can´t do any harm?

Ohhh orange juice especially.....thats why i dont drink much juice..

I don't even like most fruit juice. Too sweet, often too acidic. Simply too intense for my taste. Give me plain water, maybe with a squeeze of lemon juice, and I'm happy. Weird how coke bypasses al that...
