That sounds so boring. I wish it was as exciting as some sort of Navy ship log, but it is not so.
Today is day... 18 of my weightloss "journey".
I started out weighing in at 143, and right now weigh in at about 138 1/2. My goal is 118-120, which is what I had been originally about two-ish years ago.
So far, my course of action has been, eating less - eating (somewhat) healthier, not eating after 7, frequent excercise, and drinking plenty of water.
All good and well, but I've only lost maybe four pounds.
Question for some of the women - do you find that time of the month affects your weight loss?
I figure if I track what I'm eating on here, it will help as well. And, although my actual weight loss hasn't been too significant, I think the regular excercise I've been getting has had somewhat of an effect. I do notice clothes fitting much better, that had been getting tight, and feel much better over all.
Either way, I'm excited about getting healthier, and definitely won't mind fitting into some smaller clothes.

I don't know if it's still there.
Cramps, bloating, water retention... all that fun stuff, weight gain just seems to be insult to injury, even if it is temporary. Combine that with the moodiness and the ravenous appetite... yeah I'm a lot of fun to be around.
