I would really really love for some one to do a really good diet for me around these guidlines...All i eat is bread, Rice, Chicken, Mixed Veggies, and Bananas and apples for fruit everyday and 100% wholegrain weetbix in the morning with milk and also have 3-4 protien shakes and i also have a creatine mix with lots of amino acids and yeah all that jazz...so Can some one use these foods i eat and put them into a good diet for a 17 year old that is 6.2 and 71.5 KG i have food scales and everything so i really want to get it down to the perfect amount
I also workout every second day and does a really good diet need to be also based around your workouts ?
