I had a nice weekend with my hubby celebrating fathers day. We went to breakfast with my in-laws and then a cookout at my parents. It was a lot of food, I feel that I did rather well. I tried not to overdo it and I stopped eating when I felt full. Even though it sounds so easy, that's something that I have a hard time with. I will go someplace with a bunch of food and I get an idea in my mind of what I want to eat, and even if I am full my brain still wants to try everything. It's hard for me to say "hey even though you were excited about the cheesecake for dessert, you're full now so it will have to wait for some other time." So simple, yet so hard for me...
My MIL was taking pictures of everyone at breakfast and I looked at myself in one of the pics and it was so gross. I am more determined than ever to lose the weight. It was a most unflattering lumpy looking pic, I think I will save it as a motivating before pic.
I am going to eat super good this week, workout at least 5 times on my treadmill and do 3-4 days of weight training. My air conditioning is being installed in 3 days so I can exercise in my nice cool house!
