Eat nothing until dinner. Drink vegetable-fruit juice during the day. Nothing but water after dinner. Exercise a minimum of 30 minutes daily

I can relate to gaining a lot of weight in a short period of time- I put on 60 pounds in about 3 years, as well.
May I ask how tall you are? Our weight goals are pretty close.

I really like these vegetable fruit juices from Sun-Rype. Apparently 1 cup is 2 servings of fruit and vegetables. Seems like a good alternative to actually having a small meal for breakfast or lunch.
I haven't exercised today though.

Unfortunately I didn't get to exercise at all yesterday.
This juice is so potent now, it's becoming hard to drink, but I'll keep it up as 1 cup is 2 servings of vegetables and fruit.

good luck on your journey. your so lucky to have a treadmill at home. it sucks to have to go to the gym and run the treadmill. im so out of shape often times i feel sick if i run so i have to walk. Even then the motion of the treadmill gets to me after awhile. id feel so much more comfortable at home running. hope you got good deal on it.

my gym doesnt have a total gym so i dont know how good it is. im sure its useful though. now im going to have to investigate it and see if i could afford one. i want something to use at home. elliptical machines are way up there with treadmills too.

Despite eating junk food in the evening everyday since Saturday I managed to get down to 184.3 somehow. I haven't been exercising.. I should really get on it.

So far today I've had

* Faux chicken strips, spicy chipotle fries, broccoli
* Bag of M&M's

I really can't seem to find the motivation to exercise. It's just so much work and gives me such a headache. I may try and go for a hike though this evening.
