Thanks for the post Maggie - you definitely make me think.

So yesterday was not a good day. I can not reward myself any dollars.:banghead:

I ate the best I could with what I had since I left my food at home. I techincally did not cheat or eat anything bad but I do not want to reward myself since I was limited due to my forgetfullness. Then my water - I drank a total of 60 ounces for the day. I got busy and just forgot to get up and get any. Then the workout. I did not exercise when I got home last night. I was spending time with the kids and with hubby and then it was time for me to go to bed.

This morning I was back up at 5:30 and out the door to the gym. I remembered my food but I forgot to get on the scale. Oh well I will take the food over the scale anyways. My workout was hard on me today. I had ZERO energy. I only made it 22 minutes of my total 30 today on cardio and I was beat. I think I need to eat before I work out - at least eat a tiny beat. So tomorrow I will definitely have something in my belly.

I am doing much better with my water today. So far 40 ounces down and working on the next 20. Food is spot on today. Here is my plan:

M1: Egg Whites (Hard boiled) and oatmeal (DONE)
M2: Egg Whites (Hard boiled), natural pb, celery, melba toast with lf cream cheese (DONE)
M3: Tuna, Carrots & LF Dressing, yogurt
M4: Same as M3
M5: Grilled Lemon Chicken, Sweet potatoes, green beans
M6: Cottage cheese & strawberries.


Now my big test is going to come this weekend. It is football weekend and we have friends coming over. So we will see how I hold up! I know I can do it!!

Also me and the potty are becoming best friends. When does the running to the bathroom all the time stop? Man I am in there more than I am at my desk I think! LOL
Takes about 2 weeks to settle down, then you go more volume with less frequency

What happened, Tennessee didn't win and u went on a food binge??? kidding that would be me.

I didnt give up! LOL I forgot to update this past weekend - go figure right? I was actually on the boards quite a bit just reading away and doing some searches etc.

My weekend was good. I stuck to my plan. The only bad thing was no exercise really. Saturday ran around wtih the kids all day, had company saturday night. Ate clean all day, drank about 65 ounces of water and 1 glass of sweet tea. Sorry couldnt help it.

Sunday went shopping, walked around the big mall all day, ate clean, drank 70 ounces of water, no exercise other than the mall walking.

Today - did not get to the gym. Headed into work and I have to travel on a 2 lane hwy. No other way to get here other than going to atlanta (20 miles away) going across 12 miles then heading north another 25 miles. Anyways they had the road shut down due to a tractor trailer wreck. I sat there for a lovely hour and 45 minutes with my car in park. So I ran into the gym, took a fast shower and came over to the office. I will have to go at lunch and get in a 30 minute workout and then another fast shower again. Food is on for today and water - well we are getting there! LOL

This week seems to be harder than my first week. Not sure why. And I am trying to bring myself to posting my "before" pictures...but I havent gotten to where I can stomach to do it just yet.

Hi Traci,

How's it going? I've been reading some threads and saw some of your posts by the way, the one about the negative cal food. Interesting. I had a brother that believed that with celery and then I know about a year ago someone wrote it was hogwash. Now, I see the artiicle u posted. I'll tell ya, so much out there, sometimes u just want to say, "will the real article please step forward."

anyway, thanks for the pm,hope u received mine.

I have been so swamped the last two days that I have not been able to hardly be on here. We have been shorted handed at work and ugh.... I am paying for it.

Anyways I will update more tonight. I am hanging in there. Today was an ok day.

Gosh I havent posted here in a couple of weeks. I didnt fall off the wagon - I have had the flu and strep throat and so has my kids. It has been a rough two weeks!! Anyways I am still here and just wanted to check in!! I start back to the gym tomorrow.
