Realistic Goals?

Heres the deal:

I'm 5'9" 140 lbs. and I'm looking to gain weight. I've just started working out with a personal trainer and I've adjusted my caloric intake by approx. 500 cals/day (eating 5-6 small meals a day with about 1g protein/lb). I want to know if it is realistic to set a goal to gain about 10-15 lbs. of lean muscle by next summer? I'm really slim (bf around 10-11%) but this is the first time I've actually tried to bulk. Am I looking at hitting 155 and cutting to 150 or can I expect a clean increase? Let me know if I'm outta my mind. Any advice would be appreciated.

If you 100% stick to it, you'll see great improvements ina year. And that goal sounds pretty realistic. If you're really determined and stay with your program you'll be addicted to lifting and eating right because you'll love the results.

EDIT** Oh yeah, good luck. Keep us posted with the results!

yeeuh that is exactly what im at exept im and inch taller and my body fat is at like 6%... i was thinkin i could get to 160 by this summer if i stick with it.. i gained 15 pounds last year and i didnt totally stick with it
