um. just te lines on the grounds. doesnt take long to do 1 time but then i run out of breath after 3 or more cuz i run not jog or anything. run / sprint

-ATE : 10 or 12 chocolate chip cookie with a glass of milk.. bad i know
 
eating again now. about 4 hours apart. ate about 12 piece of california rollls. homemade . ingredients. cucumber . that red thing ( fish? ) . rice , seaweeed, and avocado.

weight workoouts ::
* 3 sets of 15 reps barbell curls ( 30 lbs )
* 2 sets of 15 tricep overhead extension? using both hands ( 20 lbs )
* 1 set of 15 ( both hands ) tricep overhead extension 1 hand ( 10 lbs )
* 1 set of 10 pullups
* 1 set of 5 pullups
* 20 pushups
* 25 situps
