Ok, so for 2 weeks I'm doing a modified version of Lyle Macdonalds Rapid Fat Loss plan. I have no excuse, I'm just impatient and hate eating slightly under calorie for lengthy periods. I'd rather go way under for a couple weeks and then eat maintenence and repeat if I need to later. Really the plan is to do this for 2 weeks and then do a 3 day refeed and then go into a normal plan for another 2 to 3 weeks.

Todays menu? 50 grams of ham on a salad with balsamic vinegar for lunch and guinea fowl with veggies for dinner. The guinea fowl was bought and frozen and it needs to be eaten. I figured its probably ok as long as I don't eat the stuffing.

This isn't really Lyles plan because I shouldn't be eating ham, and milk in my coffee and probably not the guinea fowl either really. Tomorrows dinner is chili and thats not allowable either. But I can only do what I can do. We'll have to just see how it works out.

I wanted to document my moods and thoughts everyday for these two weeks though because this is going to be difficult.

Today I'm feeling good. I feel like I can do this. I used to eat barely anything every day so two weeks? No problem.

Starting weight today - 72.2 k
 
Day 2: Weight - 71.2 k

I'm hungry but keep reminding myself its only for 2 weeks. Dinner last night was really good and though I was pretty hungry most of the day it wasn't unbearable. Not drinking more than a cup of coffee was, so I'm cheating a bit with the milk in my coffee. I'm sure it'll be fine.
 
Day 3: Weight - 69.8 K!!!

A new low, so I have lost fat! I woke up this morning wanting peanut butter, and thinking I won't stick to this for the whole two weeks, but then I weighed myself!

I'm kind of hungry, but my taste buds are screaming. This diet is sooo boring. I could just add 400 calories and exercise and it would be better. That's probably what I'll do when I'm done though - whether its two weeks or this weekend. But it'll be so much easier after eating this way.

Day 4: Weight - 69.2

I weighed myself 3 times and got 69.4, 69.0 and 69.2 so I'm going with 69.2 as the average. Thats 152.24 lbs I started at 158.84 lbs on Monday!

Its great, but I'm starving and I have tomorrow nd monday off of work. So, I'm going to go off this diet until monday or tuesday. I don't think I'm going to go crazy though, just allow myself some carbs. I have a free meal scheduled for friday so I'll keep that and just eat about 1800 calories a day other than that.

I'll do this again next week and it'll be all good.

In an hour I'm going to have a turkey sandwich from Subway and from how I feel, you'd think I was about to have thanksgiving dinner! lol
