Ready-Set-Go

well shit to bed fred....i totally screwed up last night

hubby says..lets go to the cigar/martini bar cuz it was too cold for him to smoke outside....i go...i dont like martini's, but i get a glass of wine...yummy..i get a second one...still good...i get a third one...damn...now i am totally buzzed and they have a buffet with hommus, pita bread, chicken noodle soup, fattouch....i scarfed.....and i was so buzzed i couldnt drive home......we decide to leave when the packers come on 6:30...and I fall asleep as soon as i get home........so now i am scared to weigh in...i feel like crap...i dont remember after i got home....except a little of the game.....and i am mad at myself....

dangit.

oh and the packers AND chargers lost...crap.
 
I lost 2.3 pounds.....so i am down 3.3 pounds

worked out pretty good with my trainer

she said 2 pounds a wk is perfect......so i guess that means i am perfect ;-)

:hurray: Kare bare great weight loss!! Congrats! I was not online yesterday sorry, Had 20 people over for the Packer party, ugh, they lost!! What a game though!! I had a wine cooler and 1/2 of a beer, ugh!!!! Ate pretty well though, but still! Anyways, kudos to hubby!! Tell him great job!:cheers2:(diet rootbeers for the both of you!) My hubby is down 29 lbs. so far too, he started at 294, but having problems getting him to walk on the treadmill. We have goals, when I lose ten more lbs., he will build me a jewelry box and when he loses another ten I will go to a movie of his choice!( it will be a guy flick!)

i dont know if it will ever warm up arghhhhhhhhhhhh....its like 7 here today..fresh snow on the ground...my dog runs away when i try to get her to go outside.

so i coached yesterday ...from 10:40 - 3:30..on the ice the whole time but not much moving since i am coaching....my ass froze off and my feet were like ice. worst thing is i didnt pack a lunch...so i was starving. i ate cereal with strawberries before i left at 9:30 and at about 1:30 i was dying...of course the concession is all candies and pizza...i didnt know what to choose..i asked for a bagel and they had none, so i ended up with popcorn and i know that the popcorn is made with oil, but i think it was the best choice..i dont know....when i got home my hubby had made venision chili..but i noticed alot of grease on the top....but he gets pissed at me if i comment and so i had a cup of chili with a sesame wasa cracker (2 actually) and then some more strawberries with FF whipped cream.

went to watch my friend play in his band and had a salad at the club...crappy salad with some italian dressing..i think the ladies just bought a bag of salad and put it in a bowl....so at 11:00 at night i am starving again.....i stopped at mcd's and had a plain hamburger and small fry and diet coke...again i know not the best choice but i felt like i needed a cheat....i dont think it was that bad....

i am kind of worried about weighing in....again...the scale scares me so much....but i plan on being good today and drinking alot of water...i drank alot of diet pop yesterday something i had been trying to cut back on....

anyways..........i guess i am doing okay as far as the eathing thing goes....a little cheat here and there but nothing unmanageable....

Hi Karebare! Sorry computer was down for a few days, hubby was updating,cleaning it, etc. I feel the same way, no one responds to our posts, well except you Kare,lol. to mine. What other site are you on? Hope all is well!

so monday i worked out with my trainer, and although i am not losing a ton of weight she said she can definitely see i am getting stronger and stronger...i am really pushing myself when we work out. if she says do 15 reps, i do 20....so i told her i would really like to do another day a week but i cant afford it so she asked one of our friends if we can split a day. so next week i will work out monday an thursday with her and then tues i will do my ball exercises while watching the biggest loser. wednesday i will skate

tonight i skated enough to work up a little sweat..gawd i used to be so good...i am hoping if i keep losing i will improve....it sucks getting older and not being able to do what you could do when you were even 30..at 30 i was still competing ....its just wild how your body works. of course i was like 3 pounds lighter or more. so we will see

good with eating

yogurt and strawberries for breakfast
stirfry veggies and pita for lunch
chili for dinner/snack
pita and hommus for snack


maybe a little under calories so i will maybe have some veggies while watching my show at 10 pm
 
Well I didnt officially weigh in at my trainer but i did here at home. and i think my calculations are correct

gonna have a protien shake for lunch because i had 4 teeth filled today (old fillings replaced)

So I went and worked out last night and because I didnt want to weigh in at night I just did my measurements.

I have lost 1 inch off my bust
3 inches off my waist and 1 1/2 inch off my hips

i am very excited!!!!

Most of the people who get lots of diary responses are active in responding in other people's diaries, and tend to post about random life stuff more than weight-specific stuff. Not saying you ought to do that, just saying it's not like people are purposely slighting you.
