Hello all!!! 
I want to start fresh with a weightloss diary on here. I'ts a NEW YEAR so why not start something new for yourself!!!
I do NOT see myself failing again. I going to start working out again full force as soon as the weather warms up and I am in the process of starting a whole new life style. I must say I am very excited to see where it takes me and when I can achieve my goal.
I ENJOY going running and working out. Its nuts… I am anxious all day to get a nice run in. I am DETERMINDED that I WILL succeed this time with meeting my goals. I will not let myself give up….
These are just a few things that in the last week. I am so excited and pumped. I have a very supportive family and friends.
Currently I am 130-132 Pounds.
I am 16 years old and I am 5’4”-5’5” . It may not seem a lot but its my stomach that i can't stand!!!! My target weight is 120 and I would like to be there by the beginning of April ( Right After My BIRTHDAY!!!!)
I think that is reasonable.
NEEDS HELP on the following!!!
Any exercises with good results??
Calorie intake???
Foods that will help me with my weight loss???
Foods to stay away from???
Weigh myself everyday?? Once a Week???
I will keep a daily food log on here and for myself
I will post pics as soon as i figure it out on here and when i find time.
ADVICE FROM ALL is welcome… I plan to be on here regularly … I want a success story to share with you all.
