Hello all!!! :waving:


I want to start fresh with a weightloss diary on here. I'ts a NEW YEAR so why not start something new for yourself!!! :party: I do NOT see myself failing again. I going to start working out again full force as soon as the weather warms up and I am in the process of starting a whole new life style. I must say I am very excited to see where it takes me and when I can achieve my goal.




I ENJOY going running and working out. Its nuts… I am anxious all day to get a nice run in. I am DETERMINDED that I WILL succeed this time with meeting my goals. I will not let myself give up….


These are just a few things that in the last week. I am so excited and pumped. I have a very supportive family and friends.

:banghead: Currently I am 130-132 Pounds. :eek: I am 16 years old and I am 5’4”-5’5” . It may not seem a lot but its my stomach that i can't stand!!!! My target weight is 120 and I would like to be there by the beginning of April ( Right After My BIRTHDAY!!!!) :party: I think that is reasonable.





NEEDS HELP on the following!!!

Any exercises with good results??
Calorie intake???
Foods that will help me with my weight loss???
Foods to stay away from???
Weigh myself everyday?? Once a Week???


I will keep a daily food log on here and for myself
I will post pics as soon as i figure it out on here and when i find time.


ADVICE FROM ALL is welcome… I plan to be on here regularly … I want a success story to share with you all.

OMG!!! Last night I could not fall asleep not matter what I did!!:banghead: So I popped a movie in and watched it. (House Bunny) lol I finally ended up going to bed around 5am.

This morning I woke up around noon or so and weighed myself.... 132.2 lbs...

My eating today wasn't that good so im not gonna post what i ate.

Tomorrow is the first day back to school :icon_bs: not too happy about that because I have to much projects to do...

ANY TIPS OR ADVICE IS VERY WELCOME :D
 
Yesterday was a pretty good day. This morning I woke up to weighing 130.2. Not to bad.

Food aten

Dry cereal
Apple
Corn
Popcorn
Broccoli soup with 4 crackers
Couple French fries
1 choc covered cherry. :(. Bad me

I didn't exercise any yesterday. I went to the mall with some friends instead. Went shopping for a dress bc I have a wedding this Saturday :).

No school today due to the snow :) so I'll be working on my science projects all day. Bummer.

The only advice I can give you is to read the sticky threads. Have you joined the Valentines Day Challenge. Its gonna be interesting.

Thanks natalie jo :). I've been reading some of the sticky threads. I'm still a little confused about some stuff like calories. I'm not to sure how many I should be eating and when I start exercising should I eat increase my intake a little? I guess I have some research to do after my science project :(

Yes, I am very focused. I want to not only look and feel good about myself, but I want to acomplish something that has always been first on my list.
 
Today was an okay day. This morning school was cancelled once again due to the weather, so I ended up going back to bed. I woke up at 2:30 pm!!!!! Wow what a waste of half the day. The rest of the day I played out in the snow for a little bit with my friends. While I try to enjoy myself with the awful snowy cold weather. :(

I weighed myself after my shower and it read 129.4 lbs.

My food intake today wasn't that great. Bummer! I'll pay for it.

Chicken salad with very little range dressing mostly ate it plain
Pepperoni roll with out pepperoni so basically just bread
Small slice of pizza
Glass of sprite zero soda

Hopefully tomorrow will be way better. I want this weather to be over so bad!!! I'm tired of snow. I want to get outside and run so badly!!!
 
Ehh... Today was an okay day. Woke up weighing 129.4 lbs. :/ I was reallyyy busy today. A wedding :) it was a blast. I didn't eat to well today :( due to getting ready, fixing hair, finding shoes, etc.

Only had one meal today. While just at the wedding. Wow

Salad with dressing
Chicken with noodles
Slice of bread
Slice of cake
Glass of unsweetened tea but I put splenda in it :)

Hopefully tomorrow I'll do better :)

Any and all advice is welcome. I need some badly plz.!!!
 
firstly you should join a site like fitday, calorie king or daily plate to start recording your food and get a better idea of how many calories you are actually eating. The formula for working out calories need is just an estimate, finding out what your normal intake is and reducing slowly from there is often a good idea but not below 1200 calories as that is generally considered the minimum a human body needs to get the very basic essential nutrients.

For exercise, what sort of activities do you enjoy? there is little point in doing exercise you don't enjoy.

Hiya Trusylver!!!!,

I enjoy running, walking around in and to places, softball, volleyball, basketball, etc. Basically anything fun :) but it's been way too cold to do any activities that I listed :( it sucks.

Yeah I know my calorie intake isn't the well. I guess I'll start watching how many calories I take in daily.

I'll give of a try :) anything is worth trying to help me reach my goal.
 
For the past two days I've been able to get some running in!!! Yay!!! 45 minutes each day. It feels great to be able to run. :)

As for my weight it's been between 128-131. Ehhh??

My eating has been pretty good. I've been eating around 1300 calories a day. Give or take.

Ima try and get some pics soon!!! :)
