I won't disappear. I've had a crazy few days. Sorting stuff for going away to meet friends and then taking the explorers away for a three day hike. Home now and sooooooo tired. I'll try and update tomorrow. Gotta do all the washing and catching up with everything I haven't managed to do while away.

I'm rubbish [emoji30] totally rubbish. It's been over a month since I posted. So much for not disappearing!
Anyway, I'm gonna seriously try and 'be back' [emoji15]
I've been rubbish food wise and been lazy. To be honest I've had a few weeks of feeling really low and that soooooo doesn't help.
But................ I went for an interval run this morning and it felt good. I desperately want to keep that up and get back the awesome fitness I once had.
Anyway, good food and exercise starts tomorrow. Here's looking forward positively [emoji13]

Its good to be back [emoji5]? hopefully I can keep it up. Busy day today so haven't got on my laptop but I will and I'll check out what you guys have been up to.

Good food day today. There was cake and choc mini rolls at work and I didn't have any [emoji38] I went and did c25k ( my fitness level is back to zero) I did week 4 after work and it was really good, wasn't too hard. Still looked like a sweating beetroot [emoji12][emoji12] and then had to go straight to a scout leader meeting where there were choc biscuits!!!!![emoji15][emoji15] but I was a good girl again and didn't have any [emoji38][emoji38][emoji38][emoji38]

It is my weigh in at weight watchers tomorrow night and I will do a ticker tracker thing then.

I've put on one and a half lbs. but I'm cool with that, I didn't weigh last week and have had lots of depression binges so it could have been worse.

Again, another late evening and I did a full rather than half day at work. I did a run after work and then went for a really long walk with a friend. Done over 20,000 steps today [emoji3]
Keeping up with the exercise takes up a lot of time but keeps me busy so I don't eat lol. I am out again tomorrow after work so will sort my tucker as soon as I can and I'm desperate to check out your diaries. Love to all. Especially my internet mum [emoji8]

Hi all.
Didn't get to post yesterday as another looooong day. Had a lovely long walk along the beach last night to make sure I did my 10,000 steps.
Going for a run after work tonite but instead of interval running I'm gonna try and just keep running to see how long I can do [emoji15]
I've had a really good food week and have remained motivated. Really pleased with that [emoji3]

Hi guys. Sorry I've been rubbish with writing in here. I just keep forgetting to do it. What has reminded me was Mark posting a photo from 4 years ago and it was the day before I 'started' when I lost all the weight. It has given me the incentive to crack on and keep up on here so when I get home I will post my ticket and food [emoji4]
