Thanks! it's not 37lbs lost at the moment, and I guess I need to change my ticker, but I've been there once, and I know I can be there and past it again!

BTW, when does VB start up again?

I didn't notice that you asked me when VB started again. For me, not until Fall...when the school season starts. I opted out of doing club VB, because of the price, and the fact that we couldn't afford to pay almost 3000 dollars for me to play volleyball. I do get out and play some with my sister, and we have fun playing pepper in the yard, and maybe during the summer, we'll do some semi beach vb, just for fun. :D

Well, did great today too!

Had spinach raveoli for lunch, and for dinner. :D but only one serving each time. Then, at around 6:30 (I ate dinner at 5:00) I had an english muffin with some pizza sauce and a little cheese. But, even with that, I've only had 1600 cals today. That's pretty good!

I'm going to start only weighing myself on Mondays, starting tomorrow, so we'll have an "official" weight then. :D

another good day!

cereal for breakfast, dry cereal for lunch, spaghetti for dinner.

Plus, I worked with the horses today, and I got to rake the outside arena...and man oh man is that hard... it's been nasty weather after nasty weather here in the northwest, and these last two days have been a break that's used to get things back in shape. :D
 
Ok, bowl of grapnuts w/banana for breakfast

Lunch: banana and lean quisine chicken alfredo and 1/2 cup no sugar added ice cream

I finally feel as though I back on track for real. It's an awesome feeling for me! :D

Man oh man... it's been one of those days... I'm about to go insane... but, even though I had a crap day, I controlled myself, and valiently overcame the craving for a nice hot fudge sunday...and man was I craving one today! Finals started today, and on top of that, my brother calls me and completely changes the carefully structured schedual that I have for wednesdays, and turns my world upside down, and I ended up running every direction at once, and never really got the chance to take a breather, on top of that, I had to deal with a girl who attempted to bite my head off at every chance that she had...

*heaves a biiiiig sigh*

man... I hate Wednesdays...not mondays, I love mondays, just wednesdays....

When life hands you lemons, make lemonade...or throw them at the people who handed them to you.....
 
Well today was much better
bowl of cereal for breakfast
2/3 PB&J throughout the day (snacked on it throughout 5 periods)
1 banana
1 smart diet or whatever the name is, lasangna
and 1/2 philly cheese steak, and some french fries. I made sure I had a glass of water before I ate, and drank periodically while eating, so that I had to take some home. (lunch tomorrow! :D)

Played with my horses today again! *smiles blissfully* I still can't believe that I'm sooo lucky to work there... it's amazing, and i probably won't finish saying that till ...well, I don't think i'll ever stop saying it! :D:D:D!!!

okay, so today = not so good...

had the last 4 bites of my philly cheese steak for breakfast
doughnuts for lunch...*smacks head* bad, I know
a tiny bit of a friend's lasanga(trying a new recipie of hers)
then pizza for dinner...(BUT I did say no to the cake, though it was a scrumptious looking chocolate cake. :))

Definately could do better, but that's alright. I'm still on track. I know where I need to step it up, so I'll keep on track! No derailment for this train! :D
 
Ok, yesterday

1 serving of cereal for breakfast
a single slice of pizza for lunch
a banana as a snack
then 1 medium sized plate at a buffet, and a plate with desserts, but I didn't eat all of it. Only about 2 bites, if that, of each kind. (I gave the rest to my brother:))

Tomorrow is weigh in, and I'm wondering where i'll be!

not so good of a day today...

breakfast was a bowl of cereal
Lunch was a pb&J sandwich and a yogurt
then, between 2 and 7, I had 2/3 of a turkey sandwich, a small ice cream shake, a single slice of pizza, and then some cheese cake...

oh man, that all went straight to my hips and butt... well, i'll just do better for the whole next week. I promise. :D And i'll do a 20 min abbs workout, right now, in fact, to make up for it.

now i'm afraid of the scale tomorrow! :D

xorie, when I was your age I never gave a rat's tail about what I ate let alone the right from wrong aspect so you have a lot going for you. I'm still proud to see young people thinking about their dietary futures.

I coulda done great things with my life at that age if I was at least thinking about it :) but I didn't :(

Thanks for the encouragement! I really appreciate it. Sorry for the late reply....I've sort of been avoiding this forum since my intake recently has been really bad. Pretty disappointed in myself.
