Hey there. A while ago I used to come here daily, and was motivated with a decent workout plan and diet. Well at christmas I couldnt work out for about a week...well that bumped me off my routine, and I didn't work out or eat healthy for a few months
. I gained back like 10+lbs of fat around my stomach.
I am now back into the workout routine, and starting back up on the diet, but I was wondering if it will be just as difficult to remove the fat as it was the first time, i've heard rumors going both ways. Also, a wierd thing is while I was gaining fat in my stomach, my arms and shoulders kept decent, and i don't feel (or see) any fat that I might have gained back, in fact I *feel* that my arms actually lost fat, but I don't see how thats possible so yeah.
Anyways thanks for the info, AP.
