Here is something If you guys follow up on my progress. Little extra pic found after going to a wedding last week and last time I was in one.

Yesterday I treated myself with a sports massage and my body felt so revitalize and my muscles feels so relax I had a really good sleep. Today, I did my regular workout run for an hour stretch afterwards do my weightlifting drink my whey protein then jog again for an hour. It felt really great after having that sports massage. It makes me wanna add that sports massage ad part of my regular weekly routine, but it's so expensive lol. I'll just have to get that once a month. Would be great though if I can get one 2 3 times a week lol.

I haven't been weighing myself lately, I'll weigh myself maybe in the morning unless I forget. My six packs are starting to form or to properly phrase the fat on my tummy is revealing the treasure hidden within I just need to keep digging lol
 
Well it's official I will be doing my first marathon in half a year signed up and there is no turning back just the finish line. Although it feels impossible for me right now. I need to keep challenging myself and never feel comfortable on what I have achieve so far. The moment I feel comfortable and satisfied on what i have accomplished is where I believe I will fall and gain everything all back.

Conditioning my body is my main focus ever since I started increasing my mileage and duration of my runs. With that I have been increasing my weightlifting session strengthening my muscle around my joints. Preventing any injuries have been my main priority ever since and getting my body rested. Weight wise I'm at 195 lbs, so still losing the lbs.
 
Last update for the year =) Amazing year! It felt like this year went by so fast. Realizing how great this has been doing this journey for the first time and thinking back then that losing weight is impossible it will never happen to me it is nothing more than a thought in my head.. a dream... , fast forward to a year later something that is just a thought for me is achieved and it gave me more possibilites if I can do this what else can I do? Anything is possible if you just believe and you want to make it happen.
 
First post of the new year with a new year comes new goals. This years goal to complete my first marathon already signed up training hard increasing mileage so there no turning back.

I had 2 weeks of vacation which I weighed back to the 200s. 203 to be exact. Vacation is a good thing it gives your body rest and relaxation with that comes having a good time which always involved booze and lots of food. Started working out again last Sunday after 2 weeks off. Back to my regular habitat of healthy foods ^^
 
I guess it's not a good idea to weight yourself after a vacation because with all that salt intake once you go back to your normal routine you gain your regular weigh back :) I should've waited
 
I am really enjoying this training currently the new routine I have been doing this past 3 weeks
Monday - weights Lower extremity,45 min cardio, stretches
Tuesday - weights mainly lower back and abs, 45 mins cardio, stretches
Wednesday - weights chest shoulders arms mainly 12/11/10/8 reps x4 each station on reg incline decline, 45 min cardio, stretches
Thurs - break
Friday - break
Saturday- my long run 10+ miles, stretching afterwards
Sunday - break

Morning workouts I still do everyday cept Sunday to jumpstart my day which is 45 min to an hour. Push ups sits ups aerobic workouts etc.
 
Havet been on much using a different forum, I still like this.

Update time 3 1/2 marathons complete all at the 2 Hour mark. I just need to believe in what I want to finish.
