Okay so I am finally starting a diary.
I weight 148LBS highest ever and believe me my belly looks horrible.
My goal is to be 128LBS.
I need some encouragement as I tend to lose hope very quickly and I do not want to fall off the wagon this time.
I have joined the gym, I have been going for about a month and so far it has been fairly good. I hired a personal trainer but did not like the way they worked so cancelled that . (I had a fear I would become bulky). I have been trying to eat right and slowly been making the changes. I switched from white bread to whole grain, lots of veggies and fruits and no fast food and keep it around 1500 calories
I work out 6 days a week it was a very slow transition, I increased the amount and intensity each day. I walk for 3 minutes at 3.8-4.0speed incline 1 then run at 5 for a minute and repeat this for about 30 minutes a day.
Then i do ten minutes of elliptical and then I go on the stair climber for about 15 minutes.
I usually walk to the gym which takes about 40 minutes and a distance of 2 miles.
So I will be updating daily what I ate and what I worked out on. I am not much into weight training as I dislike lifting weights I would rather walk an extra two miles.
So please do give me advice on how I am doing on my diet and workouts.
