I'm having a tough day so far, it feels like all my motivation has gone. I really don't feel like forcing down my next meal or heading off to the gym after that. I'm fed up with the gym and I'm tired
Could this be a sign of over training? Maybe I'm just being lazy, or perhaps I'm not getting enough sleep. It could also be because it's a week until pay day and the bank account is low. Whatever it is I'm feeling pretty apathetic about everything
What I really need right now is to watch a Rocky training sequence but I'm at work and don't have headphones so chances of that are low
Can anyone think of anything to make me angry? Aggression usually helps me
