I am definitely not new to the forum .I have come a long way though certainly changed my attitude towards health and fitness.I am 26 yrs. old woman from India, I am a doctor myself. I have been a fat teenager, never a fat kid though.Initially my main target was weight loss but with time I am a bit more wiser and I make a point to be regular with my exercise, even that helps a lot to make me smile more often
