Raising Fitness levels!

:biggrinjester: I am definitely not new to the forum .I have come a long way though certainly changed my attitude towards health and fitness.
I am 26 yrs. old woman from India, I am a doctor myself. I have been a fat teenager, never a fat kid though.Initially my main target was weight loss but with time I am a bit more wiser and I make a point to be regular with my exercise, even that helps a lot to make me smile more often :)I had started with 77 kgs, of weight now I am 73 kgs, pretty much since last 3 months, with much of irregularity in my exercise and a lot of travelling happening....So here I am I wanna make exercise a part of my life forever and I am looking for that mindset to develop in me.
