My cal total from yesterday was about 2200 - rounding up. But obviously I'm not going to lose any weight eating that much. I was doing well until dinner and eating out blow my total out of the water.
Today I'm setting a cal target of 1500. I have a shoulder workout and a walk on the agenda, but I'm going to try and get into the gym to pick up a class schedule.
This week I'm setting a goal of attending one class at the gym - either spinning or a stretching/core workout. It depends on the timing.
